As a San Diego resident for 30+ years, I have seen it all when it comes to the changing landscape of real estate in our city. Family activities include walks in the beautiful neighborhood Lake Crosby trails, competitive volleyball games, Rancho Santa Fe farmer's market, and the occasional BBQ or picnic at Del Mar’s Powerhouse Park.
